It might not quite be the festive season by the time this comes around but we've got a bit of a treat in store anyway and have persuaded not one, but two of the best DJs we know, to return to the Westie for some Guilty Feet action.

Collectively they are half of Soft Rocks; the Brighton axis if you will, and we know 'em as Andy Simms and Bobby Coulman.

I doubt many of us have had a night listening to either of these guys and not gone home with a tune in our head, or a pile of titles to search for on Discogs. The fact that they're both top chaps is a big fat cherry-on-cake bonus. They're going all in for a proper session, with the resident decknicians Steve KIW and DoYou Dave Holloway on hand to set the mood between 6pm and 8pm and then to get the beers in from then on.

Join us for a full on cosmic-balearic-chugging-banging-anthemic-obscure-hiphousin' romp through two of the best record collections this town has to offer...

Shakedown regulars JT and Wax team up with special guests The Deadly Avenger and Reverend Milo Speedwagon for another cosmic disco pub rave. Expect left field disco, block party classics and some home grown mash-ups. Be there or be square x

GUILTY FEET X WE ARE THE SUNSET.

It looks like we weren't the only ones chomping to get the Guilty Feet back on the dancefloor - our September return was right up there with the most fun we've had at a GF. Thanks to everyone who came out and partied.

This month we're delighted to have Andy Taylor back in Brighton. Andy runs the seminal We Are The Sunset and among other things is one of the residents at the legendary Rotation parties and has just hosted another cracking summer of Between The Bridges events on the South Bank. He plays here, there and everywhere, never short of a corking tune or three, and is a top bloke to boot.

Nothing else has changed: Do!! You!!! Dave Holloway and Steve KIW will kick things off early on and then we'll all stretch out and dig deep into our collections. As usual pizza will be available, beers and soft drinks will flow, and sometimes people will dance on the tables. And Ben will tell one of us to turn it down. These are just facts.
